Through the gate (TTG) mentoring is for our service users who are leaving custody, offering support with their immediate resettlement needs.
In your role as our Volunteer Unit Co-ordinator TTG you will recruit, train and coach Volunteer Mentors. You will work in close association with both the Volunteer Unit Manager and Responsible Officers within KSS CRC.

Salary: £22,039 to £27,373 per annum (dependent on relevant experience)
Location: HMP Highdown 4 days and KSS CRC Redhill office 1 day a week
Hours:37 per week
