Funding applications are now being accepted by Gatwick Airport Community Trust (GACT). The application window will close on 16 March 2020. (Remember to allow time for posting!).
GACT supports schemes that are targeted towards the development of young people, the arts, sporting facilities, environmental improvement and conservation, improvements to community facilities, volunteering, the elderly and the disabled. The normal level of grants is from £1,000 to £5,000.
Projects must benefit people living within the prescribed “area of benefit” designed to focus on the areas affected by Gatwick Airport. This covers the area from Horley up to Redhill and Reigate. It does not include Merstham or areas north of the M25.
For further details and to download an application form see the GACT website here.
