The leadership role of Chair means that you need to manage dynamics amongst your trustees and between your trustees and staff or volunteers. This can be a complex and challenging task.
This webinar aims to provide you with practical guidance and tools to help you navigate this challenge and effectively work with your trustees and key individuals such as your CEO or operational lead. It has been developed with the complexities of chairing a smaller organisation in mind (with an annual income of under £1 million); such as the executive role often being in a part-time or voluntary capacity and individuals often having both operational and governance roles. You will have the opportunity to share learning with Chairs of other smaller organisations.
By the end of the webinar you will:
