As Chair, building and maintaining a successful relationship with your Chief Executive is a key part of the role. But it’s not always a simple task. Each relationship is complex, dynamic and unique and it needs time, energy and effort to make it a success. This session will look at what is needed at key stages in the Chair-Chief Executive relationship including appraising your Chief Executive. Within this interactive session AOC will provide insight and tips on how to build a successful relationship with your Chief Executive as well as pointers for when things go wrong.
