An training event run by Small Charities Coalition and suitable for Trustees, CEO’s and Managers of Small Charities.  Please note there is a £5 fee for this event.

This is an opportunity for small charities to obtain some advice on planning changes to your charity and its way of working. The session specifically focuses on carrying out re-restructuring and redundancies – whether employees are on furlough leave or still working.

This one hour session will answer your questions in some of the key areas of planning for and carrying out restructures and redundancies:

• The consultation process with employees

• Fair redundancy procedure

• Dismissal process

• Statutory Redundancy Pay
