Live Well, Worry Less
During this uncertain time, looking after your mental health is particularly important. The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak may be causing people to feel increasingly anxious, stressed, worried, sad, lonely or frustrated.
DHC Talking Therapies want to highlight they are still open and offering free, confidential support to individuals (age 17+) in Surrey struggling with their mental health. As mental health affects everyone, but not everyone feels able to access support, they are hoping to increase awareness and improve access to the therapy and support they can provide.
DHC have recently developed a brand new online therapy group, ‘Live Well, Worry Less‘ - a 4-week group delivered via Zoom which can be accessed by phone or computer to help manage worries and build resilience, particularly during these challenging times.
Each session is 1.5hrs in duration. Their next group will be starting on Tues 21/07/20 (please find their group poster attached for further information). Further additional dates are likely to be added.
