Befriender (CSVA)
Seeability supports people with sight loss and multiple disabilities and has recently taken over a site in Redhill.
We are looking for a Befriender to support one of our ladies to get some work experience in a charity shop in Redhill .
The role would also involve walking 25 mins each way into Redhill and back and supporting her to work in the shop.
What skills do I need?
We don't require any formal qualifications .
However some experience of working with or volunteering with people with disabilities would be of assistance.
The role will also require patience and a good sense of humour .
