Career coach / adviser
The Spelthorne Youth Hub is focused on supporting young people aged 16 to 24 to get into employment. They offer a range of services from support with CV writing, accessing relevant training courses, building experience and working through job searches and the application process.Â
They are looking for volunteers to work alongside individuals helping them to feel more confident in their abilities and to support them through the process of finding a job.
If you have a genuine interest in helping young people take their first steps in their career, this role offers great flexibility and a chance to support on a one-to-one basis.
What skills do I need?
• Interest in supporting young people
• CV writing and recruitment experience a plus but not essential
