Coaching and Football Workforce (RB)
Coaching – This will involve supporting existing grassroots football coaches in their practices. An ideal way of gaining experience in football coaching, seeing different practices and developing yourself before going full-time into a coaching job/position and/or doing coaching qualifications.
Other – There are varying roles within football that are accessible to young people. Clubs are always looking to expand their reach/offer. This may include running social media accounts, photography, performance analysis, assistance in recruitment of players/coaches, and various other roles.
