Volunteer drivers needed
Care in Weybridge is a local charity operating in KT13, where its volunteers drive local residents to and from medical and other appointments. We can also take them shopping or shop for them.
We need more drivers!
As we get back to normal after the Covid period, we are finding that demand is growing fast and we urgently need more volunteer drivers, so that we can meet that growth.
Why volunteer for Care?
Driving for Care is very flexible. Volunteer drivers can do as many trips as they want or can do. There is no fixed commitment and no pressure. So driving for Care is one of the most flexible ways to volunteer. And drivers have their car expenses fully reimbursed by Care.
What skills do I need?
Not special skill or experience, other than driving. A willingness to help is all that is required.
