How you’ll be helping:

We are looking for someone to help support the busy Events and Volunteer Fundraising Team with the various admin duties that arise from responses to supporters signing up to take part in our events and campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Using the database which holds supporter details to update records – training will be provided to do this.
  • General administrative support, for example photocopying, creating fundraising packs for supporters, preparing materials for events, updating documents (spreadsheets and word), etc.
  • Ringing warm supporters as part of their event journey to answer questions and welcome them to the event they are participating in.
