How you’ll be helping:

We are looking for an organised, proficient, proactive and reliable volunteer to provide support and assistance to the Partnerships Manager for Education in the Voluntary Fundraising Team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Adding new contacts to our CRM system

• Updating existing contacts, including merging duplicate records

• Creating profiles for existing schools, universities and nurseries

• Research to find up to date contact information which will then be uploaded to the database.

• Please note training will be given on how to use ThankQ – CRM System

What skills do I need?

What skills and experience will you need for this role? 

• Previous experience of using a customer database

• Great attention to detail

• Ability to follow your own initiative

• Flexibility

• A 'can do' attitude
