General Secretary (CSVA)
Leigh and District Cottage Garden Society are looking for a Secretary. The organisation encourages the cultivation of vegetables and fruit and flowers and nurturing the continuance of home crafts in the community. They hold talk evenings for members and non-members and hold two major Flower Shows events with one including craft stalls and entertainment.
We are looking for a Secretary to attend meetings of the Board to record and subsequently type and circulate brief record of decisions and key information and also respond to communications to the Society
We welcome someone who would like to have wider involvement with the organisation.
What skills do I need?
Accurate record keeping of meetings, basic IT skills and interpersonal skills
