Office Volunteer - Receptionist (SH)
We
really need people who love being kind and want to help individuals with an
autism spectrum diagnosis to reach their potential. This could include working
in our shop, helping out at fundraising events, helping create crafting
projects or assisting in the office with administration. We really need people who are enthusiastic about giving
back, to help the charity continue its important work, people who can take part
in helping with autism awareness too. Please note all volunteers will need to
have a DBS check.
We are looking for someone who
can help on a regular basis whether that is for half a day/full day
Come and enjoy being part of a team and have the opportunity to become involved in reception duties and a range of admin activities as you feel able to take on.
· Reception duties
· General word-processing of letters.
· Answering telephone calls/message taking.
· Sending and responding to Emails.
· Copying
· Filing
· Scanning
What skills do I need?
Office experience & IT Literate, hopefully some of your office skills can be developed to help us be at our best

Availability Details
Time Commitment: Any hours between Wed to Fri 9.30 am – 3.30pm, but some rare weekend days. Helping at fund raisers and open days where you wish.
