Special Events Volunteer (SP)
We are looking for a volunteer to help with Special Events - the motivation of this role is being part of a team; helping people with limited mobility; learning new skills; meeting people; personal satisfaction; helping the local community; helping to keep Staines accessible. Task description: helping at special events such as fairs, fetes, street collections and fund-raisers helping to organise events and visiting organisations in this role.
What skills do I need?
No academic qualifications are required. All volunteers will work alongside a member of staff at all times and will report to the senior member of staff whilst volunteering. Staff members will answer any questions relating to this role and full training will be provided.
