Tea and Chatter Driver or Hostess (SH)

Would you like to help Surrey Heath Age Concern by becoming a volunteer Driver or Hostess for the New Tea and Chatter groups we have set up across Surrey Heath.

What skills do I need?

Surrey Heath Age Concern are looking for drivers who would be able to drive on just one Sunday afternoon a month and pick up one or two elderly people living in their area, take them to a tea party, stay with them and enjoy the tea and then take them home again afterwards.

Our Hostesses open up their homes on just on Sunday afternoon a year and provide tea for the older people and their drivers. All the Hostesses need is an accessible entrance and downstairs toilet.
