Tea / Coffee Volunteers
Leatherhead Swans provides sport and recreation activities for adults with disabilities. We are known as the Happy Club with around 60-70 disabled people coming together to enjoy sport and leisure time activities each week.
Would you to like to part of this Happy Club and help make our weekly sessions enjoyable for our local disabled community.? We are based out of the Leatherhead Leisure Centre
looking for a team of Volunteers to run our weekly
refreshment table which will include
setting up and setting out resources from store cupboard serving tea, coffee and cold drinks and biscuits from 6.45 – 9pm and pack away around 8.45pm
This can be on a rota basis
Are you a bubbly person, who enjoys making new friends and can spare a few hours each week, then this is the role for you.
What skills do I need?
Bright and happy personality
Some basic IT skills would be an advantage but not essential
will provide training on
Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults
Leisure Centre Fire procedures
encourage an informal chat and visit prior to completion of an application
form. We will require references and all
our Volunteers have to sign up to the DBS Update service.

When can I volunteer?
Tuesday evenings 6.45 – 9pm - We operate for 40 weeks of the year from the Leatherhead Leisure Centre and Volunteers to help with refreshments can be on a rota basis according to availability
