The Carrington Place development on the Watercolour Estate in Redhill is progressing at pace. Within it, our new Watercolour Community Space will be housed. We are now actively looking for Trustees to join us.
Watercolour Estate has existed for 13 years and comprises over 600 flats and houses. Watercolour also benefits from a children's nursery, a vet, a pharmacy, a doctors surgery and a Tesco Express. We will work together to ensure that the long-awaited Community Space can become a vibrant hub of the development, offering the ability to bring residents together.
We are looking for candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds. As a Trustee, you will have a limited legal responsibility, and together with all Trustees, will be responsible for ensuring that all statutory obligations are met, the community space is well run and solvent, and delivers its charitable outcomes.
