How you’ll be helping:
We are looking for a highly organised, proficient, proactive and reliable volunteer to provide support and assistance to staff in the Human Resources Business Partner Team (HRBP).
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting the HRBP team in daily tasks
• Carrying out general administrative duties such as typing, posting, filing letters and documents.
• Scan and distribute relevant information where required.
• Input data and any other relevant information into organisational databases/ systems.
• To always ensure strictest confidentiality, only releasing relevant information to those acting in an official capacity and with appropriate authority.
What skills do I need?
What skills and experience will you need for this role?
• Previous HR experience, desired but not essential
• An understanding of the importance of professionalism and confidentiality
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to follow your own initiative but also to work as part of a team
• Flexibility
• A 'can do' attitude
