Job Coach (CSVA)
For coaching in the job club on Tuesdays 10-12 at Stoneleigh Library
Anyone with an interest in helping
coach people, who may have had a teaching, training or HR background (not
essential), who likes working with/helping and motivating people of all
backgrounds and ages, who is literate and with good communication skills
verbal and written. Preferable to be able to commit to some time with the club
but again flexible.
We offer induction training to all, free tea and coffee, social events, and being a member of a friendly and supportive team.
There is also the opportunity for coaching of clients as needed at other times of the week by Zoom or phone - if anyone was available for Zoom or phone
coaching from home , as well as or alternative to the Tuesdays at the Library ,
enquires are very welcome
What skills do I need?
Desirable if candidates have some IT skills as use of laptop and internet is key part of the role
Desirable if candidates have skills in social media or publicity (Preliminary knowledge in these subjects would be considered).
Used to or keen in working with and helping people - perhaps in a training , teaching or HR capacity
Flexible and adaptable with a "can do" approach
Teamworking
May suit those either in part time work or early retired with the appropriate skills and approach .
3-4 hours week of available time needed , plus social meetings in other times .
