Volunteer Driver
Drivers are required to take elderly clients to local hospitals and clinics for other medical appointments.
You will be in contact with a variety of clients who really appreciate this service.
Volunteers will use their own vehicles.
We operate a mini-bus for the use of our club and for hire. Volunteer drivers are sought to help out as when needed, we provide an escort on all trips.
What skills do I need?
Caring and sympathetic nature and a clean driving licence.
You will be required to wear a mask at all times, including when driving. You will also be required to sanitise your vehicles before and after each journey.
Please do not volunteer for this role if you or anyone in your household is self-isolating or if you are classed as "extremely vulnerable".
