Help the OPAL Group
Volunteering is a great way to to learn new skills, refresh old ones, meet new people and give back to the community. Like many community organisations we depend on our volunteers to help run a wide range of groups and activities.
The OPAL group is for older people who need a little extra help. This can include problems with mobility, memory loss or feeding. As a volunteer with the OPAL group you would help staff with various activities including games, quiz's, puzzles , exercises and crafts. You would not be required to undertake any personal care.
If you would like to join the team please get in touch.
