The Children's Trust is the UK's leading charity for children with brain injury. Come and join over 1000 volunteers who support us in the vital work that we do, giving children with brain injury the best life possible.

We are looking for an experienced yoga/pilates teacher to provide virtual yoga/pilates classes for the parents of children in our care. Also, we would like to run a weekly virtual class for our staff.

You'll be:

- running one hour yoga/pilates classes for the parents of children in our care and also staff

- the sessions need to be appropriate for the attendees

- if possible, please include mindfulness practise

We can offer:

- the opportunity to play an important role in an organisation that supports children with brain injury by supporting the parents and families and staff wellbeing

- Volunteer certificate and recognition of thanks

What skills do I need?

- Level 3 yoga/pilates teacher qualification from a registered award body

- Min 1 year experience in teaching yoga/pilates

- An understanding of the charity and the families we work with

- Excellent communication skills

- A passion for health and wellbeing

- A 'can do' attitude
