Walking is for everyone; young or older, and is a great opportunity to make new friends, get healthy and stay healthy. Enjoy yourself as a Walk Leader and lead regular local walks of up to 4.5 miles long. Or lead the Pram walks, up to 1 mile long, for mothers and young children.
