Support buddy(VSNS)
Catalyst matches volunteers with people who require support to move forward on their journey of recovery from mental health issues. They will help them make connections with local community activities whilst helping them boost their confidence and motivation.
The Volunteer buddy will be trained, managed and fully supported.
Opportunities to volunteer are available during the daytime and evening across Runnymede, Spelthorne, Elmbridge and Woking.
What skills do I need?
Our Volunteers will need to:
* Attend inhouse training sessions which will include mental health awareness,
