Winter Night Shelter Helper (RB)
Will you help homeless rough sleepers? The East Surrey Winter Night Shelter will be operating from the 11th December 2019 until 24th March 2020 at a number of local churches in the Reigate & Banstead area. You can help out at any of the venues as frequently or infrequently as you wish.
We need shift supervisors, volunteers to prepare the evening meal and volunteers to help out in the kitchen and to chat with guests - there is even an overnight sleeper role! We also need standby volunteers in case another volunteer becomes unavailable at the last minute.
We offer training and are happy to have a chat with you about the roles and the shelter.
