A full day’s training on Stewardship and how to retain and maintain your donors. Learn to identify who, how and when to steward and develop a stewardship plan for your small organisation

Stewardship is an often overlooked process but is critical to your charity. Stewardship is a mindset, a philosophical commitment to the way you value your donors and supporters – your tool to build and maintain their ‘life long’ relationships with your charity. This one day course is a chance for participants to identify who they should be thanking, which relationships to nurture and how best to go about it.

Cost

£20 per webinar for FSI members – note membership is free of charge for voluntary organisations and charities with a turnover of less than a million pounds.

(There is a booking deposit required of £50. £30 is returned to you after completion of the training)

£70 per webinar for FSI Associate members – note Associate membership is also free and is for voluntary organisations and charities with a runover of £1 million to £5 million.

(There is a booking deposit required of £100. £70 is returned to you after completion of the training)

Remember you will need to become an FSI member to access the training. It is a bit fiddly but worth persevering with!
