How is the coronavirus pandemic affecting your mental health and emotional wellbeing?

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and University of Surrey have teamed up to conduct a mental health survey about the Covid-19 outbreak.  Please see their message below and a link to complete the survey:

“Given the impact of Covid-19 on our mental health, it is important that we hear from you so we can plan services to support people.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could spare 5-10 minutes to complete the survey below.

The survey aims of this survey are to:

  1. Examine the current mental health needs of all people and especially care workers, key workers, third sector workers as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak.
  2. See what services people are finding most/least useful in relation to mental health support for Covid-19.
  3. Offer recommendations for the delivery of mental health service delivery in relation to Covid-19.

Your responses are completely anonymous and will be treated with strict confidentiality and you will not be identifiable.

You are under no obligation to take part in this survey and have the right to exit the survey at any stage during the completion of the questionnaire.

The information we collect will be used to establish the impact of Covid-19 and work to improving the support services on offer.
