Volunteer Centre accreditation

Volunteer Centre accreditation

Did you know VARB is an accredited Volunteer Centre? We have achieved the Volunteer Centre Quality Accreditation for the last 13 years.  The quality mark shows that VARB has achieved certain standards in our practice, from developing volunteering opportunities and acting as the voice of volunteering, to developing good practice.

Lisa Irwin, VARB’s Volunteer Centre Manager, said, “The VCQA is a good process to look at and review our policies and procedures. It provides reassurance to our volunteers and the public, as well as commissioners and funders, that we provide a high quality and effective service.”
